Wilfred Loo

Wilfred has over 30 years of experience in urban planning and design practice, both in the public and private sectors in Singapore and internationally. He is a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Planners, and currently the President of the SIP Council (2018-2020). He is also on the Panel of Experts for the Centre of Liveable Cities. Wilfred was formerly the Senior Vice President (Planning) and Head of the Planning Division in JURONG Consultants.

He was involved in strategic studies, urban planning and urban design of residential townships, special economic zones, industrial and specialized parks in various projects in Singapore, South East Asia, China, India, Africa, Arab Gulf countries, Russia and Central Asia. He had also participated in public agency programmes to brief and conduct workshops for foreign delegations on urban planning and design, as well as, spoken at various seminars and conferences in Singapore and abroad.
